FULL TIME

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities include:

Work with new patients through every phase of their orthodontic treatment from the intake call. During the initial consultation, you will explain the treatment options, take records and provide cost estimates, arrange a payment plan, or research insurance coverage for the patient. You are the first point of contact for patients who have questions or concerns about their treatment. Seeing a patient take the steps to an awesome new smile is very rewarding!

Enjoy state of the art technology to reduce stress- iTero scanner for all appliances, Remote Monitoring, Invisalign clear aligners, indirect bonding, 3D scanner, no paper- all virtual, paperless systems in every clinical room, in-office chat, encrypted patient texting and emailing, fun projects and incentives with digital marketing and social media.
