Dear Patients and Friends of OX
We hope that you, your family, friends, and neighbors are coping during this extremely challenging time. As you know, we are postponing routine, in-office visits, however, we are open for urgent procedures and for Virtual Appointments and Virtual Consultations.
Virtual/Remote House Calls
Our Dental Monitoring App and Virtual/Remote Consultation tab on our website are being used for Remote House Calls. Our technology is a fantastic way to stay connected, monitor your treatment, check oral hygiene, and plan for when things return back to normal.
Stay Connected with OX
We are reaching out to all currently scheduled patients via text for a Virtual House Call. You will be asked to send photos as part of your Virtual Appointment that will occur on your appointed day.
We are also taking appointments for May and June so that you have a reserved time with us to get back on track. We anticipate that once the isolation order is lifted there will be a high demand for appointments, so please respond to our text so we can check your smile remotely and reserve a future appointment for you.
Dental Monitoring App
For those of you that are using our Dental Monitoring App, please continue to scan weekly. We will respond to you and keep your orthodontic treatment on track!
For those of you that are not using the App and would like to get on it, please contact us and we will connect you!
Looking to the future
Please know that despite the disruption to our lives, Team at OX will continue to monitor your treatment by using technology. At the end of the isolation period we expect Remote Monitoring and Virtual House Calls to still be a part of our lives because it is convenient and reduces disruption to your normal lifestyle by minimizing the number of in-office appointments you need. It also allows us to pick up discrepancies early and adjust your treatment to keep you on a ‘fastrak’ to your new smile.
We are looking forward to one day returning to normal. For now, you can still get the smile you love by staying healthy and staying connected with us.
